Tyler Perry has proven his knack for generosity yet again.
The producer’s latest good deed came in the form of the entertainment mogul paying $400K for items on layaway at two local Walmart stores, TMZ reports.
It was said that he dropped $178k at one store in ATL and another $256k at a nearby store in Douglasville. Now, all the customers have to do to collect their outstanding items is pay a penny at pickup!
In a video posted to Twitter, Perry said he was trying to do it anonymously, but of course, word got out about his generous donations.
This great move follows a long list of charitable acts by Tyler this year. He recently bought an old friend’s mom a house and gave actor Geoffrey Owens an acting gig!
