Although we are firm supporters of the “everything in moderation” mantra, we do know that sometimes you’ve got to cut out all the bad stuff in order to get the results you want. When it comes to the list of “bad stuff,” pizza is considered one of the offenders, especially if you’re trying to lose weight or eat cleaner. But leave it to Halle Berry, the queen of “Fitness Friday,” to show us how to enjoy our diets — whether we’re just trying to eat less processed foods or on a strict program — with the low-calorie Caulipower pizza, which is a gluten-free pizza made with a cauliflower pizza crust.
This isn’t the first time Halle has shared what she eats on the keto diet, and we think this bound to be our favorite, keto or not. The Margherita pizza that Halle shared has 330 calories, 37 grams of carbohydrates, 12 grams of protein, three grams of fiber, and two grams of sugar for one serving, which is half of the pie. Although it’s typically on the higher end of carbs for keto dieters, it can fit within your daily carb allowance.
If Margherita isn’t your flavor of choice, Caulipower also has low-calorie pepperoni, veggie, and three-cheese pizzas, as well as a plain crust to make your own low-calorie creation. Caulipower sounds like a winner to us!
