R. Kelly is reportedly being evicted from his ‘abandoned’ Georgia mansion for non-payment, which housed the women in his alleged sex-cult, and also the same home burglarized last December.
Additionally, the Chicago crooner owes $23,084.90 in unpaid rent for his Johns Creek mansion in Duluth, with $2,308.49 in late fees.
Also, criminal charges reportedly will follow for damage done to the suburban Atlanta property during the robbery; whose rent is $11,542.45 per month.
In addition, the owner reportedly asked the court to hold the release of insurance money the singer could receive until everything else is resolved.
When the notice was served at the Old Homestead Trail house, no one was home and it appeared as though the property might have been abandoned.
DailyMail.com has contacted a spokesperson for R. Kelly for a comment on the eviction but has not received a response.
