Reports are swirling that Terry Levich Ross, the lawyer of singer and actor Tyrese Gibson, has filed for substitution of attorney.
A source tells Page Six that Tyrese and ex-wife Norma Gibson are set for another hearing on Tuesday. The source said it wouldn’t “be a surprise” if the “Fast & Furious” franchise star appears with a new attorney. But, as of now, Tyrese will act as his own lawyer.
Norma is seeking a permanent restraining order against the actor who Norma claimed beat their 10-year-old daughter Shayla. These claims have taken a huge toll on Tyrese, who recently filmed his emotional breakdowns on social media.
An investigation into allegations of child abuse has been dropped. However, Tyrese is accused of having skipped court-approved visits with his daughter.
