PLAYBOY founder Hugh Hefner’s model wife Crystal Harris is expected to inherit nothing after the 91-year-old’s death, it has been claimed.
TMZ reports that a package included in her “ironclad” prenuptial agreement includes at $7 million home in the Hollywood Hills, as well as, $5 million in cash, which was signed before they wed in 2012.
Hugh bought the home for the 31-year-old Crystal; the deed is in her name in a Trust that she controls. The lavish 4-bedroom house overlooks the Sunset Strip. The sizeable 5,900 square feet home features an infinity pool, five bathrooms, an enormous walk-in closet, and multiple game rooms. Hef bought the house in 2013 for around $5 million dollars, and it is currently valued at close to $7 million according to Zillow.
The sex icon died at the age of 91 peacefully in the Playboy mansion. He was laid to rest in a mausoleum next to Marilyn Monroe, whose nude photos controversially graced the first issue of Playboy Magazine. Hugh’s fortune and the estate have been left to his four children and some charitable causes.
