Oprah Winfrey is officially in the food business.
Yep, the billionaire media maven just announced that she and Kraft Heinz (the behemoth corporation she partnered with earlier this year) are rolling out a health-conscious line of refrigerated soups and side dishes dubbed O, That’s Good!. Winfrey and co. are touting the fact that the ready-to-eat dishes (which you reheat at home) use “real ingredients and no artificial flavors or dyes” and that each one comes with a “nutritious twist” on comfort food. Butternut squash soup gets a boost from pureed sweet potatoes and carrots; creamy parmesan pasta comes with white beans; and two types of mashed potatoes (original and garlic) are infused with mashed cauliflower.
“I love healthy foods and eating from my garden,” Winfrey said in a statement. “When Kraft Heinz approached me for a food line, what got my attention is making nutritious comfort foods more accessible to everyone. This product line is real, delicious food with a twist. You’ll feel good about serving it for your family.”
Soups will retail for $4.99 while sides will go for $4.49. The initial line will also include a creamy tomato and basil soup with celery and carrots and a three-cheese pasta spiked with butternut squash. “I’ve been asked over the years to do anything you can imagine to attach my name to it to,” Winfrey told PEOPLE. “I have always just wanted to stay in my lane and to do what was organic for me, authentic and natural. Food would be it.”
