Singer Chris Brown was ordered by Los Angeles County judge to stay in jail without bail until April 23, pending a hearing to determine whether he violated terms of his probation.
Judge James Brandlin said Brown, who was arrested on Friday, was kicked out of his rehab program in Malibu after touching a female and failing to take a drug test.
Brown also made a threat during a morning reflection session, allegedly telling the group, “I am good at using guns and knives,” Brandlin said.
Now we have been told that the reason he was kicked out of Rehab was due to him breaking 3 rules.
1. He was order to stay at least 2 feet away from women (he violated it by touching the elbows and hands of a woman).
2. He went on an authorized outing BUT refused to submit to a drug test when he returned.
3. He made harsh comments during a group session.
The L.A. judge will hold a probation violation hearing on April 23. If Brown is convicted in D.C., he could potentially be sentenced to four years in prison for violating probation in the Rihanna case.
